I will describe to you how to make windows bootable USB drive with some commands no need any software. See below mention detailed. This command applies all types of windows.
1.) Insert pen drive into the computer
2.) Go to RUN
3.) Type Diskpart
4.) List Disk
5.) Here are showing two disks (Disk 0 is your hard drive and Disk 1 is your Pendrive)
6.) Select Disk1
7.) Clean
8.) Go to My Computers and right-click on Pendrive and format
9.) Select your ISO file right click on that and extract to the pen drive location
10.) Done your bootable pen drive is ready to boot and ready to install windows in CPU.
